Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to and use of the BoxRelay website, forms and related services operated by PSM Packaging (“we”, “us”). By using this site you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

BoxRelay facilitates collection of specifications (RFQs), vendor matching, pricing, and coordination of dispatch for corrugated cartons. We are not the manufacturer unless explicitly stated in writing. Any final purchase is governed by a purchase order and the vendor’s terms.

2. Quotes & Orders

• • Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote and may change due to paper prices, fuel and taxes.
• • Samples, tooling/die charges, printing plates and freight are quoted separately where applicable.
• • Tolerances and QC parameters (GSM/BF/BS/CS/ECT, dimensions, print) will be specified in writing and form part of the order.
• • Lead time is indicative and depends on capacity, approvals and logistics conditions.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• • Provide accurate specifications and delivery addresses.
• • Inspect delivered goods on receipt and notify any non-conformity within 3 business days.
• • Ensure timely payments as per agreed terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoxRelay and PSM Packaging will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the value of the affected order.

5. Intellectual Property

Content on this site (text, graphics, logos) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute without permission.

6. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is covered in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
